The Canyon Springs Wellness Center staff and advisory board are a team of physicians and professionals devoted to bring you the latest research, technology, systems and techniques available in the field of health and fitness.

Jeffrey Cameron - President
Jeffrey Cameron, President and Director of the Canyon Springs Wellness Center, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. From 1985 to 1990 he was Director of the Personal Fitness Programs at the Executive Life Company in Los Angeles. Jeffrey has developed a strong and respected reputation in the fitness industry through his success in facility and program design, personal training, fitness training manuals, guest lecturing, and community seminars.
In 1986, Jeffrey founded Personal Fitness Systems, a comprehensive training program, specializing in personal program design, private training, weight-loss and lifestyle management. His unique philosophy and systemized training techniques have benefited individuals and corporations across the country. Jeffrey has appeared on video, radio, and television, including "The Today Show" as a fitness expert.
Jeffrey is currently Director of the Canyon Springs Wellness Center in Provo, Utah, and supervises the Personal Fitness Systems program at the Center. He continues to develop training manuals and programs for individuals and corporations, and currently consults various corporations and organizations in corporate health promotion.

Dr. Alexander Larsen - Vice-President
Alexander Larsen graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in English. In 1978 he graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He served active duty in the Army Dental Corps stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri from 1978 to 1981.
Alex has had a private dental practice for over 21 years. He was formerly President of the Provo District Dental Society and is currently the President of the Utah Dental Association. He was formally a client of Canyon Springs Wellness Center and was so impressed with the results he received and physical transformation he achieved that he became a business partner.
Alexander enjoys training, hiking, boating and horses.

Steve Brady - Manager
Steve Brady has over 25 years experience in athletics, coaching and physical education. He attended BYU from 1977 to 1981, majoring in psychology, with a minor in physical education. He was a walk-on in Football at BYU and was named 2nd team all WAC in 1981. In 1982, Steve signed as a Free-Agent with the Denver Broncos.
Steve has been an assistant High School football coach for over four years and is currently an assistant coach for Timpview High School in Provo. He has a national certification in personal training through the American Council on Exercise and has been a personal trainer at Canyon Springs Wellness Center for approximately 5 years.
Steve is currently the manager at Canyon Springs Wellness Center and continues to support and assist athletic programs in the community. He enjoys camping, fishing and coaching his three children’s sports teams.

Andrew Cameron - Head Trainer
Andrew Cameron has over five years experience as a personal trainer. He has a national certification through the International Sports Science Association and has accrued over 3,000 personal training hours to date. Andrew has specialty training in sports specific and injury specific training, and in physical therapy.
Andrew is currently working on his Bachelors Degree in Sports Science at Utah Valley State College and is the Head Trainer at Canyon Springs Wellness Center.
